JOINERY INSTALLER

Our Installers play a pivotal role in the success of our business.

We are looking for an experienced and diligent tradesperson to install quality joinery across commercial spaces in Queensland.

  • Standard Shift available for this role:
    6.00 to 2.30pm Mon-Thurs (includes lunch) |  6.00 to 12.00pm Fri (no lunch)
  • Early starts / later finishes may be required depending on project requirements
  • You will be paid above industry rates which will increase based on demonstrated experience
  • This is a site-based role that will include travel.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble, prepare and install high-end commercial joinery
  • Load, unload and transport ready-made joinery items to site
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify, investigate and correct any arising issues
  • Use software systems to track and improve processes
  • Conduct quality compliance and safety checks
  • Safely operate equipment, hand tools and power tools
  • Strict compliance with site safety policies, SOPs, SWMS and WHS procedures
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant Joinery, Cabinet Making or Shop Fitting Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • Construction White Card, Driver’s License and a clean driving record (last five years)
  • 3+ years’ experience and own reliable tools
  • Ability to work as a team and maintain focus while working autonomously
  • Legal rights to work in Australia
  • Strong communication, time management skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Commitment to WHS, safe work practices and zero-harm environments
